Sponsorship Levels for P2P2007

We are pleased to offer opportunities to be a sponsor of this conference.

In addition to the usual sponsorship levels, this year we offer you the opportunity to sponsor specific conference events. The aim is to make it easier for all organizations large and small to get involved (silver, gold, platinum, emerald),

Exhibition Space - €500

Exhibition space is limited at the conference. Space will be allocated on a priority basis to Emerald, Platinum and Gold level sponsors first. At sponsorship levels below this, exhibition space will be allocated on a “first come – first served” basis if available.

Exhibitors may display from Monday 3rd to Wednesday 5th September. Set up details will be posted closer to the event. Each display space can be provided with a poster stand (it will accommodate an A0 size poster in portrait or landscape orientation) and a 6ft x 1.5 ft trestle table. You can replace this with a company display stand or portable display.

Publicity Materials in Conference Pack - €500

You may insert flyer type publicity materials in the conference pack. Materials must be received by the organising committee not later than Monday 27th August 2007. Materials can be shipped or posted to P2P2007, local Organising Committee, Digital Enterprise Research Institute, National University of Ireland, IDA Business Park, Lower Dangan,
